Holiday retention fees

If your dog is going to be off on holiday we now require a small retainer fee to be paid to hold their place. You now purchase a 'pack' to cover the day(s)/ weeks they will be off inside the booking app.

From the dark blue menu selection on the left hand side select Products & Packages
Select the option which applies to what type of play and how many your dog normally attends Tails each week.
Under ORDER OPTIONS, 'anything else we need to know', please add the dates when your dog will be on holiday.
Click GO TO CHECK OUT
Make payment.

This retainer fee will ensure your dog's place is kept available until they return. It can only be used to hold a space for 3 consecutive weeks.

These fees are not required if

your dog is in season
the 2 week recovery time for neutering/ being dressed
if your dog has a long term injury or illness

Adding the Kennel Booker App to your phone

Since you probably visit our booking site, Kennel Booker quite often on your phone, then you might like to have quicker access to that site, without the need to login every-time.

iPhone Instructions

To add KennelBooker to your home screen

open up Kennel Booker in Safari
login into the application so that you are on the dashboard or daily-overview screen,and tap the share arrow
Look for the Add to home screen button and tap it, you can edit the name of the bookmark.
Tap Add to add it.
Now, tap the home button (or your iPhone X equivalent) to return to the home screen.

You’ll see a new icon, which can be tapped to take you straight back to the site, the system will keep you logged in (as long as you don't click on the logout button/or sometimes the system will log you out if we release some big changes).

Android Instructions

To add KennelBooker to your home screen

open up Kennel Booker in Chrome
login into the application so that you are on the dashboard or daily-overview screen.
click on the 3 dot menu in the upper right hand corner of the screen
then click on the Add to Homescreen menu option.

You can then enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.

Late fees

We realise that sometimes things happen on the journey home and you can be delayed. So we ask that you let us know as soon as you realise you are going to be late so that we can ensure one of our team can stay on to care for your dog.

If this becomes a regular thing we will unfortunately have to begin to charge late collection fees. These will be added to your booking at the time and are payable straight away.

We are introducing these fees because we have to pay our team extra to stay late and Stuart & I are not always around.
